Aryna Sabalenka
Sabalenka is a Belarussian born in Minsk. Sergey was a professional hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka was born Minsk, Belarus on May 5 1998. Aryna's Sabalenka holds 12 WTA Singles titles. One of which was named "Grand Slam" during the Australian Open 2023. Doubles is an additional area in which she has a great record. This year's US Open 2019, and Australian Open 2021 were both taken by Elise Mertens. Together with her fellow Belgian tennis champion, the Belgian was also the winner of in the WTA 1000 in Indian Wells and Miami in 2019, thus completing it the Sunshine Double. Only four couples were able to make it happen in women's doubles. On the 23rd August of 2021, she climbed to the second spot in the world singles ranking the highest position she had ever reached in the month of January in 2023. She climbed up to the top of the rankings for doubles in the next year after her victory at Melbourne. She became the only Belarusian tennis player to achieve success in the field. Dmitry Tursunov, a former Russian tennis player, was her coach her throughout the 2018 season to the close and into part of 2020's season. There was a brief collaboration with Dieter Kindlmann in August until September 2020. As of the year 2020's end, she has been coached by her host countryman Antonio Dubrov. Serena Williams is her role hero, then Maria Sharapova.
